* WHAT...Snow expected through today, followed by more localized lake effect snow tonight through early Thursday. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches today along the Tug Hill Plateau. Lake effect snow accumulations 2 to 5 inches tonight in the most persistent lake snows. * WHERE...Oswego and Lewis Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. Information: Lake effect snow will fall in relatively narrow bands.
